Lot F Parking Garage Design + Construction / Framingham, MA

In response to an increasing parking demand on the Concord Hospital Campus and in anticipation of proposed expansion to the ER and OR departments, The Waterfield Design Group, Inc. was selected to provide design and construction services for a new parking structure. It was determined that the existing surface lot, Lot F, would be the most appropriate location for a new garage. Our tasks included conceptual sizing and layout, surface parking and circulation design, grading and drainage, and landscape and foundation design. An underground detention basin was used to maximize parking capacity and prevent increased runoff. Upon completion of design, The Waterfield Design Group, Inc. remained on site to provide construction services. The approximately 450 space garage has been completed and is occupied providing a surplus of spaces on the Concord Hospital Campus.
