LoPresti Waterfront Park

Revitalized Neighborhood Playground / East Boston, MA

The Boston skyline serves as a backdrop for this waterfront park, which is the visual and recreational center of this East Boston neighborhood. The reconstructed pier brings the harbor activity to the park while serving as a foreground to Boston’s cityscape. Park activity was designed for East Boston’s social spectrum and includes a street hockey rink located near the water’s edge, which is used by their renowned street hockey team.
